Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:

(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuqing City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Total decoration area of approximately 500㎡, including color steel plate decoration, water supply and drainage, air conditioning system, power supply and distribution, lighting, fire protection, energy saving, etc.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the project requirements of the bidding party
(5) Delivery period (construction period): 45 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a secondary qualification in electromechanical installation.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, performance summary table, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
