Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Phase II Construction Phase II Design Project of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The total construction area is approximately 20,000㎡, including planning changes, architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, process design, purification ventilation and air conditioning, power supply and distribution, lightning protection, lighting, communication, fire protection, energy saving, and other professional designs, as well as roads, greening, outdoor drainage and sewage, outdoor parking lots, outdoor pipeline layout, outdoor fire protection systems, and outdoor conventional lighting within the land red line.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the project requirements of the bidding party.
(5) Delivery period (construction period): 120 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have Class A credentials in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries and Class A construction credentials.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of the credentials, performance summary table, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(4) Qualification pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
