Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Renovation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Automatic Control System at Livzon Group Limin Pharmaceutical Factory (Engineering) Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 89, Industrial West Road, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, inside Livzon Group Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Renovation and upgrade of the automatic control system in the traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop, including on-site valve island relocation, connection of valve island to valve pneumatic pipes, communication connection from valve island to control room, adding valve feedback, program optimization, installation and debugging, etc.;
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: GB50093-2002 Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Automation Instrument Engineering and other relevant industry standards
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 30 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a level three or above in electromechanical installation engineering qualifications;
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Examination

(4) Qualification Pre-Examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
