Our company intends to bid for the following engineering project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: RTO Equipment Foundation Project of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Procurement Content (Scope of Work): RTO equipment foundation, alkali washing tower foundation, demolition and cleaning backfill of the original circulating water pool, concrete floor pouring, etc.
(3) Quality requirements for this bidding project: See the general description of the drawings, meet workshop usage requirements, comply with national relevant regulations, etc.;
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Units with independent legal person qualifications and relevant qualification levels included in the business license scope;
2. The project manager must have a mid-level or above relevant professional technical title certificate and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, or have a second-level or above (including second-level) construction engineer qualification certificate, and have served as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects;
3. The project manager must have relevant construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
4. The bidding unit must have similar construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); units with independent legal person qualifications, relevant qualifications required by regulations, similar project achievements, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds can register;
5. Bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or has serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
6. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.
