Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: The project of adding shut-off valves in the liquid ammonia tank area of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Adding shut-off valves in the liquid ammonia tank area, as well as adding SIS systems and related instruments, self-control construction, testing, etc.Testing, etc.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Toxic and Flammable Medium Pipeline Engineering in Petrochemical Industry" SH3501-2001; "Technical Regulations for Instrument Engineering Construction in Petrochemical Industry" SH/T3521-2007; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Automation Instrument Engineering" GB50093-2002; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Automation Instrument Engineering" GB0374-2006 and other relevant specifications, as well as comply with the inspection requirements of safety supervision, experts, and other departments.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 50 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Units with independent legal person status and relevant qualification levels included in the business license scope;
2. The project manager must have a mid-level or above relevant professional technical title certificate and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, or have a second-level or above (including second-level) construction engineer qualification certificate, and have served as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects;
3. The project manager must have relevant self-control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
4. The bidding unit must have similar self-control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); units with independent legal person status, relevant qualifications required by regulations, similar project achievements, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds can register;
5. Bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest executor, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or is on the list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
6. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.

(6) Interested bidders are requested to register at the Equipment Engineering Department of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. before September 1, 2019.After successful registration, a bid security deposit of 30,000 yuan is required.
(7) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
