Announcement of Bidding for the Construction of the Normal Temperature Warehouse and the Reconstruction of the Refrigerated Warehouse of Lizhu Reagent Company Material Department

Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Construction of the Normal Temperature Warehouse and Reconstruction of the Refrigerated Warehouse for Livzon Reagents.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Reagents Company, No. 266 Tongchang Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
First Project: Construction of a normal temperature warehouse on the 2nd floor of Building 3, with a construction area of approximately 1200m2. The scope of work includes: construction of solid walls for warehouse partitions, wall plastering and painting repairs, installation of reused air conditioning, strong and weak electrical engineering, air conditioning drainage engineering, pest and rodent prevention facilities, and fire protection engineering (compliant with standards and responsible for passing inspection by the Zhuhai Fire Department).
Second Project: Reconstruction of two normal temperature warehouses on the 1st floor of Building 2 into two refrigerated warehouses, with a refrigerated volume of approximately 1200 cubic meters, starting construction after the completion acceptance of the first project. The scope of work includes: dismantling and renovation of original normal temperature warehouse equipment and facilities, partial reuse of warehouse panels to construct the refrigerated body, installation of refrigeration units for the warehouse body, strong and weak electrical engineering, new wall construction in the corridor, and fire protection engineering (compliant with standards and responsible for passing inspection by the Zhuhai Fire Department).
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure a 100% first-time pass rate for project quality, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the client's URS requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 50 days for the first project, 50 days for the second project.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the registering enterprise's qualifications should have a construction engineering contracting level 2 or above, or a construction decoration engineering contracting level 2 or above, and have successful experience in undertaking cold storage construction projects of over 500 cubic meters.
2. Required documents for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, photocopy of the contract (performance project), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
