Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Research and Production Workshop Project of LIZHU Reagents R&D Department 3.
(2) Project Implementation Location: 5th Floor, Building 3, LIZHU Reagents Company, No. 266 Tongchang Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The building area is approximately 1400m2. The scope of work includes: color steel plate partition decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, explosion-proof washing room equipment installation, strong and weak current engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering (meeting standard requirements and responsible for passing acceptance by Zhuhai Fire Department), anti-static flooring project, furniture and equipment procurement and installation, project operation debugging and acceptance.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first-time pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the client's URS requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 2 months.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have a Class 3 or above qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and a Class 2 or above qualification for building decoration engineering.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
