Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Phase I Fire Protection System Upgrade and Renovation Project of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8 Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Scope of Work:
1. Fire water supply and fire hydrant system
(1) Construction of fire water network pipe renovation
(2) Construction of pressure stabilization system renovation
(3) Construction of fire hydrant system linkage control renovation
2. Construction of fire automatic alarm system renovation
3. Construction of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system renovation
4. The contractor must provide completion drawings after the construction is completed.
5. Basic requirements for bidding response: The services provided in the contractor's bidding documents, in addition to the contents included in the contract and this bidding technical document, must also include all other temporary measures related to the project.
6. All the above engineering contents must comply with the current effective specifications, standards, regulations, notices, and other explicit reporting, inspection, and testing requirements (including obtaining all written qualification conclusions) issued by national and local fire departments during the implementation process (including quality, procedures, finished product protection, environment, and safety status).
7. The contractor should investigate the climatic conditions during the same period, fully consider the impact of severe weather such as typhoons and heavy rain on construction, and take necessary measures to avoid affecting the construction period.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. Quality management at the construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, a construction quality inspection system, and a comprehensive construction quality level assessment system.
2. Construction quality control of building projects should be carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) Materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, tools, and equipment used in building projects should be subject to on-site acceptance.
(2) Each process should be quality controlled according to construction technical standards, and inspections should be conducted after each process is completed.
(3) Handover inspections should be conducted between relevant professional trades, and records should be formed.
3. The quality of building projects should be accepted according to the following requirements:
(1) It should comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant professional acceptance specifications.
(3) Personnel participating in the acceptance should have the prescribed qualifications.
(4) Acceptance should be conducted based on the self-inspection and evaluation of the construction unit.
(5) Concealed works should be notified for acceptance by the construction unit before concealment, and acceptance documents should be formed.
(5) Project duration: Completion by December 25, 2019
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. Fire protection facility engineering professional contracting level two or above.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
Registration time: Deadline within 20 days from the date of posting.

Qualification pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
