Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Bidding Project for the Construction of Phase II Warehouse Building of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of a four-story concrete frame Class B warehouse, including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire control automation, and other specialties. The warehouse covers an area of 1950㎡, with a building area of approximately 8000㎡.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 120 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 150 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a Class II construction engineering general contracting qualification or above.
2. Required documents for application: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, performance summary table, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Application and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Application Deadline: 7 days from the date of posting.
