Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Microparticle Project Purification Renovation Engineering Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The building area is approximately 600m2. The scope of work includes: purification decoration engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, electrical lighting engineering, public pipeline engineering (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate water, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering (meeting specification requirements and passing acceptance by Zhuhai Fire Department), flooring engineering, cooperation with the installation of newly purchased equipment, cleanroom and air conditioning system validation services.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 3 months
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 75 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have a first-level qualification for building electromechanical installation engineering or a second-level or above qualification for building decoration engineering.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for those potential bidders that meet the requirements.
