2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of qualification certificate, copy of the contract (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
