2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials (please indicate the name of the bidding project) to the dedicated bidding registration email.
