Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Purification Renovation Project Procurement for the Second Workshop of the Extraction Department of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Original Boiler Room of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Procurement and installation of air conditioning purification systems and ventilation systems, maintenance partitions, electrical lighting fixtures, and other related materials, with a construction area of approximately 300㎡;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the current effective specifications, standards, regulations, notifications, and other clear reports, inspections, and testing (including obtaining all written qualification conclusions) issued by national and local construction authorities.
(5) Project Duration: 30 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a general contracting qualification of level three or above in housing construction.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact information of the registration person (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
