Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Bidding Announcement for the Phase I Environmental Facility Equipment Upgrade and Transformation Project of Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Fermentation Workshop and Receiving Station
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Tail Gas Treatment Project of the Fermentation Workshop (including Receiving Station)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The equipment must be able to be smoothly debugged, and the treatment capacity of waste gas after production must meet design requirements. The waste gas emission indicators must meet the national and industry standards such as the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (Draft for Comments) and the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standards" (Draft for Comments).
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 2 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a secondary level or above in environmental engineering contracting qualifications.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Power of Attorney (Entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting (Note: The registration time must not be less than five working days. The project team must determine the registration deadline based on factors such as project market, technical difficulty, and urgency; it is recommended to start the bidding announcement work after the group approval of the project, allowing sufficient time to implement supplier investigation and selection, technical communication, and project URS, and determine the bidding documents.)
