(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Supervision and management of quality, safety, and progress according to relevant implementation rules and management specifications for supervision engineering.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 36 months
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Bidders must have independent legal person status, hold a business license issued by the industrial and commercial administration department, and operate according to national laws; bidders must have comprehensive supervision qualifications or Class B or above qualifications in engineering supervision for building construction; the project chief supervision engineer must hold a registered practicing certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, with the registered specialty in building construction engineering, registered with our company, and have an intermediate or above professional title; bidders must have applied for the "Integrity File of Enterprises in the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry of Qingyuan City" with a credit rating of B or above.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
