Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Bidding Announcement for the Civil Engineering of the Tobu Production Line

Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
I. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Engineering Procurement Project for the Tofu Production Line of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Scope of Work:
1. Scope of Bidding Work: Earthwork, concrete structure engineering, building decoration engineering, rainwater drainage system, building water supply and sewage discharge system, equipment foundation engineering (including outdoor equipment foundation), fire alarm and automatic control system, lightning protection grounding system, lighting system, etc.
2. The bidder is responsible for secondary deepening design and construction based on the drawings provided by Party A, and is responsible for the final usage effect (normative, practical, operable, maintainable). Responsible for fire review opinions, project quality safety filing, construction permit handling, etc. Party A is responsible for assisting in providing existing basic data for Party B's project filing.
3. Basic requirements for bidding response: The services provided in the contractor's bidding documents, in addition to the contents included in the contract, bidding drawings, and this bidding technical document, also include all temporary measures related to the project, including but not limited to the following contents:
(1) Office and office facilities, construction area isolation protection, sanitation cleaning of designated construction roads in the factory area; temporary water, electricity, and other energy access; deep pits, site drainage, etc.;
(2) To ensure construction, the contractor must set up no less than three permanent building benchmark points in the factory area after measuring and laying out, and is responsible for protection and regular accuracy verification during the construction period. The location and method of setting permanent building benchmarks must be approved by the construction unit.
4. All the above engineering contents must comply with the current effective specifications, standards, regulations, notices, and other clear reporting, inspection, and testing requirements (including obtaining all written qualification conclusions) issued by national and local construction authorities during implementation (including quality, procedures, finished product protection, environment, and safety status).
5. The contractor must comply with the management of the construction unit and the designated supervision unit during the construction process.
6. The contractor should investigate the climatic conditions during the same period, fully consider the impact of severe weather such as typhoons and heavy rain on construction, and take necessary measures to avoid affecting the construction schedule.
7. The contractor shall be responsible for project filing work (fire review opinions and acceptance, planning permits, construction permits), responsible for project acceptance and ultimately obtaining the property certificate.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. Quality management at the construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, a construction quality inspection system, and a comprehensive construction quality level assessment system.
2. Construction quality control of building projects should be carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) Materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, tools, and equipment used in construction projects should be subject to on-site acceptance.
(2) Each process should be quality controlled according to construction technical standards, and inspections should be conducted after each process is completed.
(3) Relevant professional trades should conduct handover inspections and form records.
3. The quality of building projects should be accepted according to the following requirements:
(1) It should comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant professional acceptance specifications.
(2) It should meet the requirements of engineering survey and design documents.
(3) Personnel participating in the acceptance should have the prescribed qualifications.
(4) Acceptance should be conducted based on the self-inspection and evaluation of the construction unit.
(5) Concealed works should be notified by the construction unit to relevant units for acceptance before concealment, and acceptance documents should be formed.
(5) Project duration: Completion by August 30, 2019.
II. Qualification requirements for bidders and materials to be submitted.
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. General contracting for housing construction projects at level three or above, special engineering (structural reinforcement) professional contracting without grade restrictions (joint bidding is allowed).
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
III. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration time: From the date of posting online until July 4, 2019.
