Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the Equipment (Engineering) of the Tofu Production Line of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Scope of Work: 1. Equipment installation (excluding equipment procurement); 2. Steel platform fabrication and installation; 3. Installation of process pipelines such as valves; 4. Electrical installation; 5. HVAC installation; 6. Insulation works; 7. Installation of automatic control instruments (excluding procurement of automatic control instruments).

2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. Electromechanical installation general contracting qualification of level 3 or above.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is within 10 days from the date of posting on the website, starting from July 10, 2019

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
