1.1 The overall relocation and expansion project of Sichuan Everbright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. involves the design of the entire factory area, mainly to meet the company's needs for drug production, research and development, and market sales, as well as the office and living support needs required to satisfy the above production, research and development, and sales needs.
1.2 Project Name: Sichuan Everbright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. overall relocation and expansion project;
1.3 Project Location: Hualong East Road, Pengzhou City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province (east of the second section of East Third Ring Road, south of Cultural West Road);

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
2.1 This bidding requires bidders to have Class A qualifications in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and Class A qualifications in the construction industry (construction engineering); and to have corresponding work capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.
2.2 Joint bids are not accepted for this bidding.
2.3 Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit);
