(4) Material Quality (or Service) Requirements: Must comply with CP2015 standards. Particle size: the pass rate of the 100 mesh sieve should be greater than 95%; standards for laser particle size instruments: d(0.1) < 5μm, d(0.5) < 15μm, d(0.9) 20-35μm.

2. BiddingRegistrationQualification Requirements for Participantsand Required Documents
