我公司拟就以下采购项目进行招标，欢迎银行资信和财务状况良好、符合资质要求、有类似项目业绩的单位参与投标。本项目有关事项公告如下：
一、 招标项目简介
（一） 项目名称：丽珠集团四川光大制药有限公司前处理车间②改造工程
（二） 项目实施地点：四川省彭州市龙兴北街82号
（三） 采购内容（工程范围）：前处理车间②，见工程量清单。
（四）本次招标项目质量要求： 《洁净厂房施工及质量验收规范》 GB51110-2015
（五）设备交货期（工程工期）：60天
二、 投标报名人资格要求及需提交的资料
1．具备有效的营业执照和资质证书的合法企业，具有独立承担民事责任的能力；有相应的工程业绩。
2. 报名需提交资料：法人授权(委托)书、法人和被授权人的身份证复印件、营业执照复印件、资质证明复印件、合同复印（以上复印件需加盖单位鲜章的扫描件）。
三、 报名及资格预审
（一） 报名时间：自挂网之日起5日内截止
（二）报名方式：报名资料发送到招标报名专用邮箱（请注明投标项目名称）
（三）招标报名专用邮箱： scgdgcb@126.com

（五）资格预审：我司根据投标人报名资料进行资格预审，对符合要求的潜在投标人书面回复并确认投标资格。获取招标文件、投标截止时间招标人另行通知。
（六）合格的投标人应在丽珠集团SRM系统注册成为合格供应商（http://srm.livzon.cn/），《供应商注册操作手册》详见集团官网。
