2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; copies of industry-related qualification certificates, quality system certification, company profile, and copies of pharmaceutical packaging material registration certificates.
2. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, and copies of qualification proof.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
