Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: New Circulating Water Pool Project of Livzon Group (Ningxia)
(2) Project Implementation Location: The vacant land in the original circulating water pool in the Taisha Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region
(3) Procurement Content and Project Description (Scope of Work): New Circulating Water Pool of Livzon Group (Ningxia)
Overview: The construction content of this project mainly involves the new construction of a circulating water pool in the vacant land between the existing two sets of circulating water pools. The contractor will be determined by a comprehensive evaluation method.
Scope: All contents agreed upon in the bidding documents and drawings.
Construction Location: Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Project Description: Water pool size: 27.3m*13.7m*4.1m (above ground +2.6m, underground -1.5m), the bottom elevation of the water collection pit is: -2.5m; the bottom of the pool is a raft foundation, and the pool wall is a reinforced concrete structure; there are 15 columns inside; the bottom thickness is 400mm, and the wall thickness is 350mm.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Qualified (Quality requirements see drawings and relevant specifications)
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 45 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; units with independent legal person status and whose business license includes municipal public engineering content; the project manager must have an intermediate or higher relevant professional technical title certificate and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department or have a second-level or higher (including second-level) construction engineer qualification certificate, and must serve as the project manager for other ongoing construction projects; the project manager must have one water pool construction achievement in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); the bidding unit must have water pool construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
Units with independent legal person status, having a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above (including level three), having similar project achievements, and possessing corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds can register; bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest executor, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or has serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
