我公司拟就以下采购项目进行招标，欢迎银行资信和财务状况良好、符合资质要求、有类似项目业绩的单位参与投标。本项目有关事项公告如下：

 

一、 招标项目简介

（一） 项目名称：丽珠集团利民制药厂黄芪药材前处理增加水洗和干燥设备技改采购项

（二） 项目实施地点：广东省韶关市武江区工业西路89号

（三） 采购内容（工程范围）：黄芪药材前处理增加水洗和干燥设备

（四）本次招标项目质量要求：  符合招标文件要求（中药提取三车间带式干燥机用户需求标准URS-ES-2018-101、中药提取三车间黄芪清洗联动线用户需求标准URS-ES-2019-002）

（五）设备交货期（工程工期）：45天

 

二、 投标报名人资格要求及需提交的资料

1．具备有效的营业执照和资质证书的合法企业，具有独立承担民事责任的能力。

2. 报名需提交资料：法人授权(委托)书、法人和被授权人的身份证复印件、营业执照复印件、资质证明复印件、近5年内类似项目的业绩及项目通过2010版GMP认证、FDA认证、EU GMP认证(请提供相关证明材料，如合同等。以上复印件需加盖单位鲜章的扫描件）。已竣工项目可随时提供参观考察。

 

三、 报名及资格预审

（一） 报名时间：自挂网之日起5日内截止

（二）报名方式：报名资料发送到招标报名专用邮箱（请注明投标项目名称）

（五）资格预审：我司根据投标人报名资料进行资格预审，对符合要求的潜在投标人书面回复并确认投标资格。获取招标文件、投标截止时间招标人另行通知。

（六）合格的投标人应在丽珠集团SRM系统注册成为合格供应商（http://srm.livzon.cn/），《供应商注册操作手册》详见集团官网。
