我公司拟就以下采购项目进行招标，欢迎银行资信和财务状况良好、符合资质要求、有类似项目业绩的单位参与投标。本项目有关事项公告如下：
一、招标项目简介
（一）项目名称：微球项目洁净管道工程项目
（二）项目实施地点：丽珠工业园
（三）采购内容（工程范围）：建筑面积约600m2，工程范围包括：洁净管道，含纯化水输送管道、注射用水输送管道、纯蒸汽输送管道、压缩空气输送管道、氮气输送管道、一套注射用水分配系统控制系统（含储罐液位、温度、电导率等传感器，呼吸器，控制柜，包含灭菌、清洗的一整套控制系统）、一个注射用水分配储罐及安全附件检定，压力管道报验，洁净管道系统验证服务（含文本和实施）。
（四）本次招标项目质量要求：确保工程质量一次合格率为100%，符合国家现行工程质量验评标准及甲方技术要求。
（五）设备交货期（工程工期）：2个月
二、投标报名人资格要求及需提交的资料
1. 具备有效的营业执照和资质证书的合法企业，具有独立承担民事责任的能力；上年度营业收入不低于3000万元，能在规定时间派出技术负责人开展工程现场查看与技术答疑。
2. 报名需提交资料：法人授权(委托)书、法人和被授权人的身份证复印件、营业执照复印件、资质证明复印件、合同复印、年度财务报表、报名联系人与通讯方式（以上复印件需加盖单位鲜章）；
三、报名及资格预审
（一）报名时间：自挂网之日起5日内截止
（二）报名方式：报名资料发送到招标报名专用邮箱（请注明投标项目名称）

（五）资格预审：我司根据投标人报名资料进行资格预审，对符合要求的潜在投标人书面回复并确认投标资格。获取招标文件、投标截止时间招标人另行通知。
（六）合格的投标人应在丽珠集团SRM系统注册成为合格供应商（http://srm.livzon.cn/），《供应商注册操作手册》详见集团官网。
