Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Old Workshop Demolition Project and Equipment Auction
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Old workshop demolition project, including the demolition of color steel fence structures, HVAC duct removal, process pipeline removal, and removal of related equipment and facilities.
2. A batch of idle processes and public equipment facilities from the old workshop, and construction materials from the workshop demolition will be auctioned.
3. Units participating in the auction need to be responsible for the demolition of the workshop and equipment facilities, harmless treatment, and transfer out of Party A's workshop.
4. The area of the clean area and supporting auxiliary area for this demolition of the old workshop is approximately 5800 square meters, of which the first floor is about 5000 square meters and the second floor is about 800 square meters. The auctioned equipment and facilities include linkage lines, air conditioning air cabinets, and water treatment equipment.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: meet the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and Party A's technical requirements.
(5) Demolition project duration: 30 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises responsible for the demolition of the workshop should have a first-level qualification for building electromechanical installation engineering or a second-level or above qualification for building decoration engineering.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
