Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Liquid Chromatography Equipment for the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Division.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 44, Renmin 1st Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): One set of equipment.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: See URS for details.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Installation and modification to be completed and delivered for use within 40 days after signing the contract.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
