Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Project Introduction
(1) Project Name: Large Capacity Injection A Line Sterilization Area Bottle Loading and Unloading System Renovation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Group Limin Pharmaceutical Factory Large Capacity Injection A Line Workshop
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Design, manufacture, installation, and debugging of the online bottle flipping mechanism;
2. Design, manufacture, installation, and debugging of the automatic bottling system;
3. Design, manufacture, installation, and debugging of the automatic bottle unloading system;
4. Design, manufacture, installation, and debugging of the conveying system;
5. Dismantling of the existing bottling and unloading systems;
6. Dismantling of the existing conveying system;
7. Design of the automatic control system plan, procurement of automatic control system equipment and accessories, installation and confirmation of the automatic control system;
8. Verification documents for the automatic bottling system, automatic unloading system, and conveying system (including DQ, IQ, OQ plans and reports);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the current version of relevant specifications and design drawing requirements;
(5) Project duration: 60 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Possess a valid business license qualification certificate, have the ability to independently bear civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and be able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries before March 18, 2025;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
Note: 1. Copies of contracts are only provided for projects that include the conveying line; other projects are not provided.
2. The operating income of the previous year refers to the operating income of the equipment manufacturer.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
