Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Microsphere Project Automatic Control System Engineering Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Building area approximately 600m2, the scope of work includes: BMS system (including three central air conditioners), EMS system (including online pressure differential monitoring, particle and airborne bacteria monitoring),CNC bending machine Weak current system (including network, Tel, access control, CCTV, interlocking).
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the engineering quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of Party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (engineering period): 1 month
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
