Colleagues and students: Hello everyone!
After careful preparation, Lijuzh Business School officially starts today. On behalf of the group's chairman, Mr. Zhu Baoguo, I extend a warm welcome and heartfelt congratulations to all the enrolled students and colleagues! Similarly, as the dean of Lijuzh Business School, I have long been called a teacher by everyone, and now that I have taken on the role of dean, it is indeed well-deserved, and I am very happy.
I will not elaborate on the significance of the business school here, but the journey of Lijuzh in building a learning organization enters a whole new phase starting today.
In today's increasingly fierce competition and challenges in development, it is particularly urgent for enterprises to cultivate, select, and make talents stand out. Internal training and systematic learning for employees; improving the ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems; updating concepts, supplementing new knowledge, and broadening global perspectives, etc., should all be addressed through in-depth learning and practice. This is also the goal and direction of Lijuzh Business School.
I have said: Innovation, service, integration, and development are the overall tone for the company's next two years. Lijuzh is at a critical stage of development, with opportunities and challenges coexisting, and all aspects must contribute to the comprehensive implementation of the group's strategy with a learning attitude. Today's opening ceremony of the first phase of Lijuzh Business School is a concrete and necessary measure to integrate and optimize the group's HR, and the business school is an effective path for fully integrating internal and external resources to optimize the development of the company's HR. The first phase of the business school is rightly praised as Lijuzh's Huangpu Phase One, as Lijuzh has long been recognized in the industry as the Huangpu Military Academy of the pharmaceutical industry, having delivered a large number of talents to the industry, which is something to be proud of. Today, our Huangpu Phase One has started, undoubtedly becoming an important milestone for the company in building a learning organization, creating a talent hub for Lijuzh, and cultivating its elite team.
