President's Perspective

Mr. Tao Desheng: The development of the enterprise is about passing on the torch and forging ahead.

Since the public WeChat of the group opened the 30-year memory at the beginning of November, it has published 39 pieces of employee highlights and remarks and messages from old colleagues, old leaders, and old friends, along with more than a hundred other pieces of information, lasting for a month and a half, with a warm response.

Why open such a series of columns?

It is to review the 30 years of ups and downs we have walked together, to look at the deep or shallow footprints left on this road; we must remember history, but also face the future, while allowing new colleagues from the newly joined companies to enhance their understanding and recognition of the enterprise's development and changes.

Looking back at 30 years, everyone can see the solid foundation laid by the pioneers for our commitment to the life and health cause; there is sweat, laughter, hardships, and tears. Through these WeChat messages from all directions, we can clearly feel the hardships of entrepreneurship and the pressure of re-entrepreneurship.

How can we not pay tribute to the original entrepreneurs and all the "Lizhu alumni" who have contributed to Lizhu and are now embarking on new journeys, hoping for their continued success? We are even more enthusiastic and confident about Lizhu's future.

The normal state of enterprise development is always about passing on the torch and forging ahead.

Looking back at the past is to create a more brilliant future; summarizing experiences also requires us to see our gaps. Therefore, after this series is completed, we will continue to open new columns, especially reflecting and thinking about the problems that existed during the 30 years of development, continuing to look back on the 30-year journey, and working hand in hand towards our grand goals, striving to build a great cause of eternal life.

At thirty, Lizhu is even more wonderful!
