On July 7, Deputy Secretary of the Pengzhou Municipal Committee of Sichuan Province and Mayor Dong Li led a delegation of more than ten people, including Vice Mayor Mao Gaolin, to visit the Lizhu Industrial Park, accompanied by Liu Ran, General Manager of Sichuan Guangda. Tao Desheng, President of Lizhu Group, Zhou Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Assistant to the President, and Xu Xiao, Director of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory, warmly welcomed Mayor Dong's delegation. In the newly completed exhibition hall of the Lizhu Industrial Park, Tao Desheng introduced the development status of Lizhu over the past 31 years and details of Lizhu's involvement in the world's most advanced precision medicine field to Mayor Dong and his team. Mayor Dong expressed high appreciation for Lizhu's vision at the forefront of medical technology. Mayor Dong was also in high spirits.

Mayor Dong expressed high appreciation for Luzhu's vision at the forefront of medical technology. Mayor Dong also enthusiastically visited the intelligent elevated warehouse logistics system and praised the Luzhu Industrial Park as the Chinese version of Europe's Industry 4.0.
At the subsequent symposium, President Tao Desheng of Luzhu Group first welcomed Mayor Dong for visiting the Luzhu Industrial Park in the scorching heat and thanked the Pengzhou Municipal Committee and government for their long-term strong support for the development of Sichuan Guangda. Sichuan Guangda is the production base for Luzhu Group's traditional Chinese medicine oral and external preparations, currently in an important period of development, with the new team bringing new opportunities. The construction of the new Sichuan Guangda factory is a major project for a century, which must be planned in advance, using advanced design concepts. The new factory construction must not simply be a physical expansion of the original factory's building area, but should be planned and designed with the goal of creating a benchmark for pharmaceutical enterprises in the Southwest region, which requires time. We hope the Pengzhou Municipal Committee and government will understand and support this, and we hope the government and enterprises can form a community of shared destiny to seek common development.
At the symposium, Liu Ran, General Manager of Sichuan Guangda, introduced the development situation of Sichuan Guangda in recent years to Mayor Dong.
Mayor Dong expressed that he was honored to have the opportunity to visit the Luzhu Industrial Park and found it very rewarding. Luzhu is a well-known enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry, and Pengzhou warmly welcomes Luzhu Group to increase investment in Pengzhou. Pengzhou is implementing a development strategy of "1-3-3-6", with the development of biomedicine as a key focus among the six clusters. The municipal committee and government have also formulated policies to strongly support the rapid development of powerful pharmaceutical enterprises like Sichuan Guangda, assisting in enterprise development. After the exchange, Tao and Deputy Secretary Zhou's pragmatic work style deeply impressed him. He thanked President Tao for his suggestions and opinions, stating that serving the development of enterprises is an unshirkable responsibility of the government. The Pengzhou Municipal Committee and government will continue to support Guangda Pharmaceutical in becoming bigger and stronger in Pengzhou with a "one enterprise, one policy" working approach.
Finally, Mayor Dong invited President Tao and Deputy Secretary Zhou to visit Pengzhou for inspection at their convenience.
